Ice Magic Singapore, the winter wonderland at Bayfront Event Space, is making a spectacular return to our tropical shores.
Ice Magic, the enchanting winter-themed pop-up playground, has returned to Singapore. Bigger at 3,000 square meters, it now offers more space for its visitors than its previous 2400 square meters. Key changes have been introduced to ensure an improved experience, such as a reduced number of tickets for each 165-minute time slot, and instead of operating at maximum capacity last year, the number of tickets per time slot this year has been capped at 70 per cent.
The team behind Ice Magic identified areas that they could improve on from last year’s event, and made necessary changes. streamlining the ticketing process, where patrons now register a half-hour prior to their slot, and can enjoy a 15-minute prep time between sessions.
Ice Magic Singapore tickets come with free borrowing of winter jackets and boots, while those already equipped with winter gear get through the express queue, directly into the winter playground. A relocation of all but one F&B vendors outside the waiting area would help to ease congestion within the tentage. Dedicated entry and exit points ensure a smooth flow in and out of the premises.
The winter playground is accessible to visitors daily until January 21, 2024, from 10 am to 7 pm, with ticket prices ranging from S$19 to S$49 per person, available on SISTIC. For first timers, the location of Ice Magic is at Bayfront Event Space, 12A Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018970.
