The annual POSB PAssion Run for Kids is all set to create a fun and interactive experience for families on 17th November. Organized in collaboration with the People’s Association (PA), this charity event aims to raise funds for programs that nurture children’s skills and encourage their active participation in the community.

This year’s event offers a range of race categories to suit various participants, from a 3.5km fun walk to a competitive 10km run. Kids as young as seven can take part in the races, showing off their speed and stamina in distances ranging from 800m to 5km. For the fitness warriors seeking a challenge, the 10km competitive run promises to test their endurance and speed.

Aside from the races, the event will feature five vibrant carnival zones, each offering engaging activities focused on fitness, kindness, eco-conservation, technology, and creativity. Activities include fitness challenges, community service projects, eco-conscious workshops, tech experiments, and artistic explorations, ensuring there is something for every child’s interests.

Participants are encouraged to register early for the POSB PAssion Run for Kids 2024 by 30th September to enjoy an early bird discount. Those with a DBS/POSB or PAssion CARD can avail of an extra 15% off by entering the first six digits of their card number as a promo code. Each registration includes perks like a T-shirt, socks, and a personalized race bib.

The event not only promotes fun and fitness but also contributes to a charitable cause by raising awareness for the POSB PAssion Kids Fund, supporting educational and developmental programs for children up to 16 years old. Participants can also make donations to the fund to further this cause.
