The photos reveal the child standing with his exposed buttocks on a dining bench, while a woman, likely to be his mother, changed his diaper openly with other diners around them. The scene included diapers strewn about on the bench and a packet of wet tissue being used to clean the child’s buttocks during the diaper change.
In response to the inappropriate scene, a Facebook user who captured the incident reached out to the food court manager, prompting the manager to intervene and advise the mother to stop. Shockingly, the mother showed no signs of remorse for her actions.
