The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will open its new ICA Services Centre (ISC) at 2 Crawford Street on 7 April 2025. The new building sits next to the current ICA Building at Lavender.

The ISC will operate from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Public parking will not be available until 2027. Visitors can park at nearby carparks on North Bridge Road, Crawford Lane, or French Road.

The new center includes a drop-off point at its entrance. It is located two minutes away from Lavender MRT station. Two bus stops serve the location: Lavender Station Exit A/ICA (01319) and Lavender Station Exit B (01311).

The current ICA Building will suspend its counter services from 1 to 4 April 2025 for the transition.

During this period, services will only be available for:

  • Passport applications for urgent travel
  • Oath-taking for minors turning 22 years old between 1 to 6 April 2025
  • Immigration passes expiring between 1 and 6 April 2025

The MyICA mobile application and ICA website will continue to function during the suspension period. Applications can still be submitted through these platforms.

Starting July 2025, the ISC will introduce automated kiosks for self-collection of identity cards and passports. This service will not require appointments, unlike the current system at the ICA Building.

The new ISC will offer multiple services at a single service point, replacing the current multi-floor system at the ICA Building.
