Universal Studios Singapore launched Minion Land on 14 February 2025 at Resorts World Sentosa. The new zone features two new rides and various dining spots.

The Minions, Gru, and his family appeared at the opening event, which had yellow balloons and confetti.

The Singapore location got two new exclusive attractions: a dance party carousel called Buggie Boogie and an oversized Super Hungry Food Stand, which copies the waterfront snack stand from the Despicable Me movie.

Minion Land has three areas: Minion Marketplace, Gru’s Neighborhood, and Super Silly Fun Land.

Three shops operate in the Marketplace: Sweet Surrender sells candy and souvenirs, Pop Store stocks fashion items, and Fun Store offers accessories and toys.

Gru’s Neighborhood has the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem ride where guests go through Gru’s lab and become Minions. The area runs the Minute of Minion Mayhem show and meets with characters during the day.

Super Silly Fun Land has the Buggie Boogie carousel and Silly Swirly rides. Guests can play at the Space Killer booth and Ba-Na-Na CaBaNa gaming station. The Super Hungry Food Stand serves Unlucky Ducky Creamy Chicken Stew, Stuart’s Japanese Curry Karaage, Super Silly Veggie Burger, and Mini Boss Lunch Box.

Tickets cost S$76 for adults and S$59 for children. Guests can buy a Universal Express Plus pass to skip queues for rides and shows in Minion Land.

Universal Creative, Illumination’s filmmakers, and RWS worked together to build the attraction.
