A single ticket won S$12,286,496 in the 12th TOTO cascade draw of 2025 on Thursday, 6 Nov. The jackpot had rolled over after three draws failed to produce a Group 1 winner.
The winning numbers were 3, 20, 24, 29, 32 and 44. The additional number was 46.
Winning Ticket Split into 28 Units
The winning ticket was an iToto System 12 entry, which divided the prize into 28 units. Each unit received S$438,803.40.
An iToto bet costs S$33 per unit. This comes from dividing the full System 12 Entry cost of S$924 by 28. Singapore Pools generates a new iToto bet only after all 28 units of an existing bet are sold. When someone buys multiple iToto units, they get multiple units of the same number combination.
18 of the 28 winning units were bought through Singapore Pools Account Betting Service online. The other 10 units were purchased at physical outlets across Singapore. This means at least 11 people split the jackpot. How much each winner gets depends on how many units they bought. Someone who purchased two units would receive S$877,606.80.
11 winning tickets shared the Group 2 prize. Each received S$123,444.
Winners have until 5 May 2026 to claim their prizes. After that, unclaimed money goes to donations and grants managed by the Tote Board.
Three Failed Draws Triggered Cascade
Singapore Pools declared 6 Nov a cascade draw after draws on 27 Oct, 30 Oct and 3 Nov produced no Group 1 winners. In a cascade draw, the jackpot gets split between Group 2 winners if nobody hits Group 1. No Group 2 winners? It goes to Group 3, and so on.
This cascade draw happened just two weeks after the previous one on 23 Oct. The last regular draw with a Group 1 winner was 9 Oct, when someone took home S$5,979,660.
2025 has averaged more than one cascade draw per month. Earlier cascade draws occurred on 3 Jan (New Year Draw), 24 Jan (Reunion Draw), 7 Feb (Hong Bao Draw), 6 Mar, 28 Apr, 19 Jun, 17 Jul, 31 Jul, 28 Aug, 29 Sep and 23 Oct.
Two of those draws had solo winners. On 19 Jun, one punter won more than S$12.3 million. On 31 Jul, another person walked away with S$12.8 million.
