Investigation and Arrest
Officers from Clementi Police Division conducted extensive ground enquiries and reviewed CCTV footage to identify the suspect. A 34-year-old man was arrested on Jan 7, 2026, in connection with the case. The stolen Rolex watch was recovered from him, police confirmed.
The man is scheduled to be charged in court on January 8, 2026, with theft in a dwelling under Section 380 of the Penal Code 1871. This offence carries a potential jail term of up to seven years and may include a fine.
